Summary of the Job

This is a full-time position, and it is fully remote. 

Agents are responsible for answering inbound calls from customers looking to set up their internet, TV, gas, and energy services. 

As an agent, you will take calls from interested consumers; in essence, the job is to take calls and make sales.

  • Days

  • Weekends
  • Flexible schedules available


  • Handle inbound calls for customers seeking to set up their services
  • Up-sell additional products and services according to the campaign that prompted the consumer’s call
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience on a daily basis
  • In all interactions, treat people with respect, kindness, and sincerity
  • Although rare, you may need to de-escalate the situation if you get an angry caller, and attempt to convert them to a customer
  • Virtual meetings 
  • Observe social distancing guidelines in place
  • Engage in ongoing training and coaching
  • Help maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Enthusiastically test new campaigns and provide feedback as directed

2+ years' Sales Experience including...

Call center experience - inbound/outbound - selling:

  • Home internet
  • Cable
  • Satellite
  • Telecom
  • Similar household technologies

Proven Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to nurture and convert inbound callers
  • Effective customer service skills, particularly in problem-resolution
  • Committed availability to work as scheduled
  • Strong internet connection
  • Reliable computer and phone equipment
