Meet Pablo

Pablo Mendoza, CEO & Founding Partner

Pablo has been the Chief Executive Officer at Direct Call Solutions (dcSolutions or DCS) since its founding in 2014. He says that each of his previous experiences and his education have perfectly shaped him for this role.

Pablo has three leadership secrets:

  • Communicate clearly and listen carefully
  • Plan ahead by anticipating the needs of both clients and team members
  • Know your stuff – keep abreast of changes and constantly explore new ways to improve your business

His personal and professional goals: To continue learning and finding new ways to expand dcSolutions’ operations and services.


As a Construction Superintendent during his college years, Pablo managed several large-scale hotel lobby rennovations in South Florida.

After completing his BS degree at Florida International University, he pursued a management track at Red Ventures and soon headed up a team of over 30 sales agents.

Having been a Red Ventures sales agent for over a year, Pablo had unique insights to help him communicate effectively with his team. He trained his team members in the tactics and strategies he found successful when he was working the phones and was soon tapped to relocate to San Antonio to take on the role of Sales Director in Red Ventures’ new Texas location.

Pablo was responsible for building the new center from the ground up. He was involved in recruiting, retention, training, sales management, and – sometimes – janitor, and was able to scale it up to a call center with 300 sales agents.

It was at Red Ventures that Pablo met George Olfson and Andrew Barlowe. In 2014 they decided to leave Red Ventures and start their own call center business. Today, Direct Call Solutions is a vibrant and growing call center with a unique business model.

Casual Pablo

Pablo lives in San Antonio with his family and three dogs. They enjoy water-skiing and camping out in Texas Hill Country.
